Lindsay was named Second Oboe with the Orchestre symphonique de Laval in 2019. Very active on the Quebec music scene, she holds the position of Second Oboe with the Orchestre symphonique de Sherbrooke, as well as Second Oboe and English Horn with the Orchestre symphonique de Drummondville and the Orchestre du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. She may also often be heard playing with the Orchestre Métropolitain, Orchestre symphonique de Québec, Les Violons du Roy and Les Grands Ballets de Montréal.

Lindsay also leads an active career as a chamber musician. She is a founding member of Choros Wind Quintet and Hautbois Etc., two projects she holds dear to her heart.

Lindsay began her musical studies at an early age in her hometown of Edmonton, Alberta. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Performance at Indiana University in 2006 and then her Master’s Degree with a specialization in orchestral music at McGill University in 2009. Lindsay has since decided to make Montreal her home.

Music education is one of Lindsay’s great passions. She is the oboe teacher at the Cécep de Drummondville and has also taught at Collège Notre-Dame in Montreal since 2011. She also has a private teaching studio.
